Let’s check out this event at the Asia Pacific Cultural Center (APCC)! Afterwards, we can grab dinner at Mirak Korean BBQ restaurant in Federal Way! This event is from 11AM to 4PM and dinner will be at 5PM. Chris will be there at the start of the Chuseok Festival in case anyone wants to meet at 11AM. Please register so we know who to lookout for at the festival and indicate in your RSVP in the notes field if: 1) you’ll be joining for dinner to help with reservations and 2) you prefer AYCE BBQ or not to help with seating. Here are several things to be aware of:
- APCC confirmed the venue’s address for this event to be held at 4851 S. Tacoma Way (as seen on the event flyer, don’t use the address shown on their Facebook page);
- The venue’s parking lot has limited spaces, but it looks like parking is plentiful along S. Puget Sound Ave (as seen on Google Maps – AAAW is not responsible for parking);
- Mirak Korean BBQ has both all-you-can-eat BBQ and non-AYCE dine-in options (when you register, feel free to let us know if you’d prefer AYCE or not);
- Please make sure to bring cash or have Venmo/PayPal available if checks at Mirak cannot be separated; and lastly,
- There is a Mid-Autumn Festival at the Seattle Chinese Garden occurring on the same date and nearly the same time as this event, so AAAW is planning a group outing and dinner for this
